Scotty Mills

Scotty enjoyed a 32-year career as a Royal Marines Commando serving all over the world, including being among the first troops into Iraq in the 2003 invasion.


As Head of Performance for all 6,500 commandos, he worked closely alongside multiple elite teams who went on to achieve Olympic Gold medals and Rugby World Cups. Inspiring Gareth Southgate and Harry Kane, he played a crucial role in getting the England Football Team to the 2018 World Cup Semi-Final, and the same year was voted the most inspirational serviceman across the entire British Armed Forces.


He retired a Major in 2019 and published his first book ‘Never Give In: The 12 Commando Rules for Life’ in 2022.
